Music is the one thing that I'm really passionate about.
I'll be sharing my thoughts, opinions, recommendations, etc.
I'm always open to hearing new artists so if there is any music you want me to check out just message me!
George Watsky is performing at Warped Tour 2014!
Issues self-titled album review!
What do you guys think of the album?
"Sleepless Nights" by Memphis May Fire.
Yes. Yes. Yes. This is so heavy. It has that classic Memphis May Fire sound. I am so happy with this. It is perfect. Matty Mullin’s screams sound like they have gotten even better.
This album needs to come out naow!
"Best Day of My Life" by American Authors
I first heard this song on the radio and I was really impressed by it. It totally put me in an awesome mood and made me feel really happy and motivated.
Their debut album Oh, What a Life is coming out March 4th and I can’t wait to hear it!
In honor of Issues’ new album being released a few days ago I’m posting my all time favorite vocal performance by Tyler Carter. This is the acoustic version of “Fame Over Demise”. He used to sing for the band Woe, Is Me, but he and the screamer of the band moved on and are now in Issues. He has one of my favorite voices in the metalcore/hardcore genre besides Shayley Bourget (the old clean vocalist from Of Mice & Men).
Seriously though his voice is perfect.

Today has been filled with music. When I woke up I wrote an artist review, I started looking into new albums and bands, and to top it all off tonight there was a tribute to The Beatles. They are the most inspiring band in the world. I love them so much and tonight I was reminded of what a huge impact they had on me once I really started listening to them. Wow.
I have not felt this inspired in I don’t know how long. This is why I wanted to work in the music industry to begin with. I love music. I love talking about it, listening to it, writing about it. My life needs to revolve around it.
With so much work and school these past..6 months I really lost touch with my love for music. I forgot what it did to me and how it made me feel. I have slowly been coming back to it and now I feel like it is in full force again. I am happier than ever and feel like myself again.
I am so happy and so ready to dive into the most incredible art form in the world.
